Lioele Waterproof Up & Down Mascara is an do it all mascara! It curls, volumize, and it adds nutrition! You are actually benefiting your eyelashes instead of damaging them! Strong curling effect for long lasting holds, preventing droopy lash effect.

Waterpoof mascara that doesn't smudge even with tears. Apply with a soft bullet-type brush specially designed for upper eyelashes. It evenly distributes to each strand of lash one by one ,providing it a clean and voluminous look. 

A second curved mini-brush for lower lashes. Brush design to seperate lashes to evenly coat eat lash giveing it a doll like vivid expression. Longer bottom lashes will brighten eyes and making eyes look rounder and more youthful. 

 

Made from ingredients that are water resistant and oil resistant,the mascara forms a shiny and transparent film to express the darker colors,and prevents sagging caused by moisture.

This mascara is AMAZING! pros: Lasts SO LONG (around 10 hours)!! It hold curls!! It does NOT smudge at all (I notice previous reviews stated that the bottom lashes smudges but it didn't happen for me. When I put the mascara on my bottom lashes, some DID get onto my skin but it's because my bottom lashes are tiny. After cleaning it off that 1 time, IT NEVER SMUDGES). It's easy to remove with eye makeup remover (no panda eyes ^.^v ). My lashes look longer (I'm not sure if it actually make my lashes longer but did look like it)
cons: After applying it and even if it's dried, I can feel that my lashes are sticking together at times. It clumped my inner top lashes. No visible volumizing.
Overall, I LOVE THIS MASCARA and I didn't really mind the cons because it's not a huge of a deal. With the clumping, since it's the inner top lashes it is barely noticeable. The sticking only happens once in a while NOT all the time. It would be nice if there was more volume to this mascara but other than that I LOVE IT!

I love this mascara! It's really awesome. I love the design. What I'm kind of upset about is that since it's waterproof, it takes longer to dry & I can feel my lashes sticking together. Also, regardless of how much/less mascara you use on your bottom lashes, it smudges.

Review:
This mascara is a wonderful product. It lengthens my lashes very well, but the doesn't do too much on volumizing them. The little mascara wand for the bottom lashes is so cute and useful! It does smudge on the bottom of my eyes though, so I tend to not use the little mascara wand on my bottom lashes, but prefer to use it to catch all the top lashes that the normal wand cant reach. The mascara is pretty waterproof but a little hard to remove =)
